mailform needed for sidebar

I’m looking for a way to add a simple signup form in a sidebar. I need users to be able to enter their name and email and it will get emailed to me. I’ve seen several plugins that do this, but none seem to work in the sidebar. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
