Mail(2) refuses to work

    Hello all,

    I have been having a lot of issues with Mail(2) on contact form 7.

    I am using contact form 7 as a basic form for customers to fill in to reserve at our restaurant. Simple stuff, they email in with a time and date, and we auto respond back offering them a few offers and information on events.

    then our staff will call them and confirm booking from the information they have collected from the form.

    Our info@ email address receives the booking no problem from the form, so wordpress is able to email out from the admin@ email address through to the info@ email address. the issue is, the admin@ email doesnt email the [your-email] tag at all.

    Any ideas?

    Ive tried setting up the contact form 7 autoresponder plugin and tying it into mailchimp. however the autoresponder is failing to collect any information into the mailchimp list, I have set up the api keys correctly and told it the right list name.

    Still no idea….

    Ant help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Thanks,

    ive gone through this and tweaked multiple settings and tested each step, but it still wont appear in my personal inbox. Ive used multiple email addresses to test to see if its spam or junk filtered, but nope. Nothing

    Mail 1 works, Mail 2 doesnt . its weird!

    I’d recommend you focus on any differences between your settings for Mail & Mail(2).
