mail(2) attachment problem

    My English is weak, i am sorry for that
    How to add attachment in contact 7 mail(2).
    I want to send conformation with attachment.
    I tried this way

    3. [uploads/2014/09/health.pdf]
    but none of this method are working, Please, help me
