LQIP Cache Error

    Hello there. I was adjusting the cache plugin settings. I saved it and all created LQIP was deleted. I did not give a wipe cache command. Can you make a balance refund? Also, the LQIP auto deletion should be turned off. Thank you. tozlumercek.com

    Hi,

    the LQIP auto deletion should be turned off.

    I have just checked the code again , LQIP and CCSS will ONLY be purged when you expressively click on that button, save setting and regular “purge all” button when purge it.

    I saved it and all created LQIP was deleted.

    Could you please specify what exactly did you do ? we will need to reproduce and confirm this issue first.

    In the early days of the plugin it was automatically deleted. I have reported it before and it was fixed by update. There is a bug. Because I didn’t say clear cache but still the LQIP was cleared.

    I don’t know exactly. I closed CloudFlare and activated QUIC.cloud CDN. But what settings I changed, I don’t know exactly.

    Also, I didn’t use Purge All and Purge All LQIP buttons. I changed some CDN settings, that’s it. When I said SAVE, LQIP was cleared.

    Could you please try these steps you mentioned again and see if your LQIP still gets wiped ?

    I gathered my courage and undo all the changes I made. 🙂 I tried it over and over again. The LQIP cache was not deleted. But yesterday all thousands of LQIPs were deleted. There must be a reason for this.

    Yesterday, I used the “Refresh Domain Key” button. Could this be the reason?

    I just tested on my personal site , refreshed domain key ,check on my sever, I can see LQIP files are still there , and also Media page is still displaying LQIP info.
