A little more info:
The link http://littlewonders.no goes to my old website that I want to remove. http://wordpress.littlewonders.no link has lost all its formating and I cannot log onto wordpress to edit.
Do you have the correct entries in your DNS?
Say you own the domain ‘littlewonders.no’, you may have had an entry for an ‘wordpress’ (known as an alias) in your DNS to point you to the correct IP address. For this you would likely have needed to change the folder your WP site was installed in.
You need to ensure that you have an entry for ‘www’ in your DNS, pointing to the correct IP address (would be the same address as the other) and you also need to make sure the folder structure is correct, which is not really something that can be done without looking at it.
To get your site back you will need to get in to the Database, browse to the ‘wp_options’ table and change the values of rows 2 (siteurl) and 39 (home) back to the original value of ‘http://wordpress.littlewonders.no’.
Thank you for your super quick reply. I’ve forwarded your mail to a friend whose going to help me sort this out.
