lost password no email received

Saturday afternoon I was knocked off the system and got an admin/password screen to sign back on. It wouldn’t take what I thought was my password. I asked for new password via email. The screen said it had sent an email to the email on file with my new temp password.

I never received an email.

what can I do. I’m not a techie, so some of the fixes are way over my head. I’ve been posting for over a year – I rarely sign out, I’m sure that’s very very bad but I don’t lock my house doors either.

Can anyone help me?
