Lost password email loop

I have been alerted that the “Lost Password” option on the website isn’t working.
(1) The user clicks on forgotten password at the login screen they are taken to a page with the message “Lost your password? Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.”
(2) The email arrives saying. “Someone has requested a new password for the following account on Dunnet Bay Distillers:” with a link to reset.”
Clicking on the link then takes them back to step 1. Any idea whats going on?
