Lost Noobie

Ok, I would guess you need to be somewhat savvy with this stuff to understand how wordpress.org works. My website address is http://shopmysa.com and I can’t figure out how to even put pictures where they should go or even know where the text would show up on that template.

I have hosting through Omnis, any thoughts other than I am a noob at this?
