Lost my blog page

    I built my website for artwork earlier this summer using WordPress. I am a COMPLETE novice around this whole thing and in building my site I deleted the blog page. I didn’t think I wanted to do a blog. Now I do. Problem is, the blog publishes, but not to anywhere on my site and I cannot figure out how to direct where the posts go or how to re-establish the original page that wordpress put in the site. My site is http://www.andreasparrow.com. I’m sure this seems incredibly simple to those of you who are experienced and I apologize for taking your time on something so basic, but I can;’t figure it out on my own!

    Hi,
    In dashboard go to pages, add a new page and in the right hand check for “template” it should have “Default Template” check that dropdown to see if you have something like “blog” if you do, select that one, give the page the right title and you’re done.

    When I do that, I have “default template, “page with sidebar”, “page without title” and “shopping cart template”. No blog option. Any other ideas? I made a page for the blog, just need to get the blog to actually post to it! Thank you!
