Lost menu options in migration

I migrated a WP installation to a subdomain on the same server. In this migration some settings, which originally made event, venues, events-categories and event-tags available for WP menus, were lost. And no amount of manual installing, tweaking and making the two sites identical has been able to bring back events, venues, events-categories and event-tags under WP menus.

Pre-migration
Under event-management-rights three options are shown, which are absent after migration
