Lost header image

I seem to have lost my title image on all pages.

Not sure if this happened during an update or whilst I was attempting to lose P&P from my menu bar.

Please help! I’ve tried to upload the image again, incase I had moved the location of the image, but still doesn’t work. Maybe I’ve changed my html somewhere?
