Lost email locally

Hi,

I have a WordPress site running locally on localhost but can’t seem to remember my password to log back in. The user table in the database has the password but of course its encrypted so it won’t work.

My problem is if I click on “Lost Password” the email I enter won’t work because its running locally.

Is there a way to recover my email locally?
