Lost blog

I started a blog http://www.impotencetreatmentnow.com on WP 4 days ago.
It wasn’t showing up anywhere if I typed in the URL and took me to my web hosts holding page.
I went into settings and took off /impotenblog from the WP URL and now it has disappeared completely.
How can I get it back and replace the /impotenblog to edit my blog?
Any ideas greatly appreciated!
