Lost available Widgets after plugin change

So I’ve been unable to create charts using the visualizer charts plugin and the advice told me to uninstall all other plugins and check again. I did that and it didn’t fix the visualizer at all and after I reactivated my plugins and performed no updates my side bar changed and several options are gone and I can’t put them back because now they are gone from my available widgets on the appearance/widget page. I can’t remember all I’m missing but my “subscribe to blog”, “social icons” and a few others I think are just gone from my choices. please help!
