Lost all widget info

In the process of trying to fix the fact that WooCommerce cart is NOT showing on mobile, I was told (on this forum) to turn off all my plugins and change my theme to Storefont (which I did and which, btw, did not fix the problem). It only made MORE problems for me, for when I reactivated everything, all my content in my theme is now gone. Means I have to go and rewrite a large percentage of my page. (plus still have the stupid Woocommerce problem)
The question is: can I find the original form of my page before 30 minutes ago?
No, I don’t have Jetpack backing it up. If I had the money for all those extra things I’d not be building my own website; which looked good until a few minutes ago.
So, again, where can I get back to what it looked like without having to redo the bulk of everything?
