Losing Functionality slowly….need advice!!

    About a month ago I started losing funcionality on the backend of my wordpress site: http://www.CoastingHome.com
    I’m new to programming and web design and I’m teaching myself as I go (hey, I hear that’s a great way to go!) so I don’t know all there is to know yet, but I don’t think that just because we haven’t upgraded yet: we’re still on WP 2.7 that we should have lost

    A. the ability to switch from visual to HTML in our post views (we’re stuck on HTML–way to grow here)
    B. No longer able to add media due to the above loss
    C. Copy and paste/drag and highlight has been compromised somehow…hard to describe, it just doesn’t work like it’s supposed to, it goes funny and so I have to use the arrow keys instead.

    Any ideas???

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
