    Hello,

    I am looking fo a plugin, essentially support system, that will enable a user to submit tickets to the system / email.

    However, prior to sending the ticket the system will detect the words that were typed by the client, present them with “pre-defined” answers accordingly and then, and only then, if the client chooses to submit the ticket will they have the capability for it.
