Looking for theme with dual navigation menus

Hello,

I am trying to build a website for my wife. She likes this one. I am struggling however with the layout, more specifically with the dual navigation menus in the header. I’m not sure how to do that, and it seems like it’s not really a standard theme feature. 😀

At the moment I am using the Geraldine theme by bluchic.com, because I actually bought it a while back. I am a bit rusty at customizing it though, and I’m open to using another one if someone knows of a theme that could be more suited for this.

Alternatively, can someone suggest a way to do it? Insert menu widget in header.php with its own custom css?
