Looking For Basic Template With Upload Feature

    Hello,

    I am looking for a basic template that has the ability for the person viewing the site to upload a list to me. Not sure if this would be part of the Theme or a Plugin needed for any Theme? We buy certain products and would like to have a site where a person can upload a list of items they want to sell to us.
