Looking For a Plugin to Create Embed Scripts Beneath Posts

I notice there are TONS of plugins in existence which enable me to “embed” certain different types of media… but I am hoping someone out there can tell me where to find a plugin that actually creates a embedable code snippet beneath the post where someone can copy and paste my dynamically generated EMBED code for use elsewhere on the internet.

Does something like this exist? If so, please do tell / point me to a resource that offers this or insight into this.
