Looking for a particular Watermark Plugin

I’d like it to save a copy of the original image.

I’d prefer to have the watermark as text saved into the image.

I’d like to customize the placement of the watermark on an image by image basis. I figure regen. thumbnails will let me add it to all already uploaded images.

I’d like for the text to be flat or rotated to the vertical and placed in the corner.

Rather than wade through dozen of plugins I’m keen for recommendations.
