Logout not (always) working

Hello,
I use your plugin for 2 years now. I have 3 questions.
1 I use Logout Member on Browser Close. It is not always working. I need to delete cache from my browser in order to log out.
2 My Logout link is not (always) working on my website. Sometimes it does sometimes it does not. It does not work well in the Brave browser. I need to delete cache from my browser in order to log out.
If I log in via wp-form, it works fine!
I have tried Plugin Conflict Test and Plugin Conflict Test It did not help. I disabled all plugins and used twenty sixteen theme.
My login page is not cached
I use “Rejected Cookies” swpm_in_use in my cache plugin
I use HTTPS everywhere.3. I use a premium PDF Embedder Secure plugin in order to embed my pdf files. It adds a watermark and users name + email address to the pdf but the user’s name + email address do not appear anymore. It shows Not logged in instead. I used to work fine in the past with your plugin but not anymore.
I got this email from the support of my pdf plugin:
“Hi,
The issue appears to be due to the altervative login that you are using. I have logged in with the admin credentials you provided and the watermark was updated correctly. When I logged in again, using the Member login credentials, I again saw watermark displayed correctly.
The /student/ login does not appear to log a user in correctly, nor do you appear to be logged out when you select that option (click logout then go back to the /test/student/ link shows you to be logged in again without entering credentials). The watermark feature is working correctly on the PDF Embedder Secure but the membership login is not applying the correct status to the user’s session in order to display the watermark on the document. You will need to speak to that plugin developer to determine why the WP default user status is not being applied here.

If I log in via wp-form, it works fine! I can see a watermark with my user’s name + email address. But if I log in via SMP I get “Not Logged in” watermark:(

I used to work fine in the past with your plugin but not anymore.
Do you know what changed in your site for our plugin not to work anymore with your other premium plugin? For example: Did you update a plugin, did you install a new plugin? Did you update your theme? Did something changed in your server?
Do you have the following feature Logout Member on Browser Close enabled? This is located under WP Membership -> Settings -> Advanced Settings tab. Check the following documentation, to learn more about this feature.
Do you have the following feature Force WP User Synchronization enabled? This is located under WP Membership -> Settings -> Advanced Settings tab.
In regards to possible caching issues. Our plugin is compatible with a couple of cache plugins. Please read the following documentation to learn about the settings enabled in WP Super Cache. This might share a light to what enabled settings is expected in other cache plugins.

Like what? I did not. I am on shared hosting.
Even though you are in a shared server, your host might have updated or changed a setting in your server that could cause this intermittent behavior. Please ask your host and also share your issue. Also ask them if your server is running some kind of cache system.
My caching plugin is disabled. The cache of the website/browser is deleted. The result is the same.
What happens if you delete your cache plugin? Are you using Cloudflare or something similar?
