Does your theme not have a custom header option in Appearance -> Header?
No, which is frustrating. It simply has options for “thumbnail, medium, large, full-size.” I need something between medium and large and would like to specify precise dimensions.
Where did you download this theme from?
You could change the size in the css editor. Appearence-Editor: Style.css. There is no class for the image in the logo but you could target it with #logo img . It might not be the best solution but the again it could be ;).

I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.
