The logo in the theme has a fixed custom size however we can get some additional CSS to get what you are looking for. For this you may go to your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
Add this:
#header-left-section {
margin-right: 0;
}
#header-logo-image {
padding: 0;
}
