Logo Image won't upload

    When I attempt to upload a logo image, the field continues to show “no media selected”.

    I’ve attempted different size images, including 350×125 and smaller. The jpg’s just won’t show up.

    I was able to get one image to show up, but I removed it, then selected it again, and it won’t appear again.

    Hi impro3000,

    Can you provide us screen shot of your activated plugins and activated theme and also the version of “custom login plugin”.

    I have the same issue – Nice plugin. But the logo nor the background image will load per the method used.

    Can you provide us screen shot of your activated plugins and activated theme and also the version of “custom login plugin”. So We can check your issue.

    Hi filipemus,

    That type of error occurs when there is any JS error exist into admin dashboard.

    This error can be due to any other plugins or theme JS error.

    Try to deactivate other plugin and check the issue get resolve or not.
