Login Redirect not Redirecting

Hi Peter,
I’ve enjoyed your plugin on various sites for a good while now. I’ve recently installed it on a client’s site but can’t seem to get the redirect function to work when logging in. The odd thing is that the logout redirect works fine.
More specifically, I’ve configured a role redirect for a specific role but the default login behavior still overrides any login redirect configuration I make with your plugin. This also includes Levels, specific usernames, etc. None of the configurations seem to work for the login redirect. Please advise.

hi I am new to word press,
I need to redirect users based on specific field, instead of just (user ID or Level)
for example base on a group or city or any filed that in the user profile
argent help
another example
if the user from city a then redirect them to page number 1
if the user from city b then redirect them to page number 2
and so on.
NOTE: I am importing all user through csv sheet.
