Login password error

Error: The password you entered for the username is incorrect.
I have tried all the steps removing cookies and change password and login name from mysql, removing and changing the folder name of plugins and themes but still get the password error.
– Can’t get the reset password email!
– When i change the username and password from mysql username works but getting password error.
– Moved WP from local host to live site.
