Login issue with 1.5

I install the latest nightbuild from 1-20-05 and the setup seems to go ok with install.php but when i go to log in, i type the username “admin” and the password and then click login and get.
“error 404 file not found”
not sure what is going on.
your input is appreciated.
also the only reason i installed 1.5 for was to use themes to change the style of blog, once i get the hand of it i will try to make my own style.
