Hi @pinfante,
Are you using any security plugins like WordFence? If yes, are you using their ReCaptcha feature? If yes, can you try turning that off?

Hi! I found that if I do not let the user choose a PW at time of registration, and instead issue them a temp PW via email, that PW and a user changed PW works fine. Sounds odd, but it seems to fix the problem. Probably better to fight spam too.
Thanks.
Hello, I have the same problem from version 7.3 onwards, users cannot log in, the page refreshes and does not advance to the next page, the login fields appear empty again.
I could notice that when you try to log in, the url remains the same, but at the end of the url a /# appears, for example .com/access/#
I don’t know what this means, what I do know is that in version 7.2.2 I don’t have problems, but in the following versions I do.
If you could help me I thank you.
Read about what I did above. Seems to work fine and helps fight SPAM since the temp PW is emailed to the user (i.e. valid email address).
Thank you for your answer, my problem is not really with the registration, but with the login, I will create a separate post about this problem so as not to mix it up.
Check one other thing. Does the problem still exist if the user is logging in with a system generated PW?
Hi @barretomariadesign,
Your issue sounds like a Javascript issue, some scripts not loading properly. Kindly get in touch with our technical support, so that we can investigate: https://directorist.com/contact.
