Hello,

I need your help on a login issue. Part of my website is available only to logged-in users (retailers), I added Flexible checkout fields plugin to add mandatory fiscal data according to Italian law.
From a couple months I’ve had regular issues with the login form, sometimes working and sometimes not. Today I’ve noticed that when disabling Flexible checkout fields everything turns back to normal – except I miss my custom fields.

Here’s a copy of the system report, all plugins are up-to-date as well as wordpress core, my template is Avada:

Hello @bonturicasa

Please write more details about this login issue e.g. whether it is a standard WooCommerce login or logging in using a different plugin etc. I am asking because I can see (in the Status) that the RegistrationMagic Premium plugin is installed. Please remember that we cannot guarantee that our product will be compatible with all external plugins.

It does not appear (from the description) that our plugin was causing the issue. Please note that logging sometimes worked and sometimes not – which indicates that logging in sometimes worked with the FCF plugin on.

Hello,

Your reply helped me think differently and I think I found the culprit. I still don’t understand why the login page worked well without Flexible Checkout Fields, but excluding that page from caching seemed to solve it.

I hope it may help someone else!
