Login Errors not showing

Hello,

I have following Problem:
The Login-Page doesn’t show any Errors (Incorrect Password, Wrong Captcha,…)

However it ads this to the url: /?login=failed&wp-error=<strong>FEHLER<%2Fstrong>%3A+Wrong+CAPTCHA&pr-user-login=wordpressadmin
But nothing is shown on the Site directly.
It works fine on the register page.
Can u help me with this issue?
