login error

hi
i”m install Um on own website https://24hourswork.net/
Um was run on my website correctly but now when i”m apply SSL aftre ssl on my website UM login form not can work correctly i”m unabal login 🙁 via UM login form
and on my website UM login form not show error in red box (likes password or email incorrect) not any error show and i”m not abal login 🙁
when i can insert username/email & password in login fourm and click login button just page refresh and i”m not abal login (& um not show any error in red box) admin acount & members acount any acount not work on um login fourm ?
