Log in / Register

As everybody know that woocommerece sends their email templates just for users who register from my account page or checkout page, now ive done a registration form using a plugin and when a user is registering through that form he is getting a welcome email from wordpress which is not very professional looking and its making customers very shocked..
is there a way to force the woocommerce email templates in every register from? Or is it a way to change the wordpress templates?

Or is there a good plugin for having a login/register fully customizable and integrated with woo commerce or has its own email templates?
