Log-in problems / Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING

Hi. When I try to log-in into my WP-admin I get the following message:

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/noncmcf1/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 3271”

I’m not too sure what is wrong and why it’s now acting up when it has worked fine for years.

The offending code on line 3271 is just:

Quiet worried about the code on the line above though…

Which seems to be the longest line of code ever with adverts on cars and such. I don’t know how that all got there!
