Log In: No input file specified

We just messed up the site and cannot log in. Like the idiot newbie I am, I went into Settings, and dropped “/wordpress” from the URL & site address. The “No input file specified” message came up so we attempted to change everything back. Now, everytime we attempt to log in we are getting the “No Input file specified.” So, admin can’t log in, no matter how far back we go in browsing history.
We updated WordPress two months ago so i think we’re at version 4.5.
