Locked Out

I swear it was alt+z but it’s not working, tried ctrl+z as well(as well as default “L”). Wordress updated and screwed up the entire website so I tried to login to fix it and no good. I checked the “block login page” when I installed this plugin so I’m unable to access it. I’ve removed the secure hidden block from htaccess. I’ve uploaded the emergency login page (which worked in the past on a different website but not this time). I’ve renamed the plugin. I’ve renamed the wp-login.php file, accessed it, logged in and stuck in a loop. Tried to access wp-admin directory and get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Can’t find secure hidden login in the wp database to manually unlock the login page again. I’ve tried everything I could find online, in all the forums…I’m stumped. Any ideas?
