Locked out!

    I’ve just got a new iPhone and none of my QR codes have copied across in the authenticator app. Stupidly I don’t have any back up codes.

    I’m now locked out of WordPress, any ideas?

    WordPress itself comes with my 2FA. This must come from a plugin you are using. You would have to deactivate this to regain access. As you cannot access the backend, you have to delete the relevant plugin directory via FTP. Your hoster’s support can tell you how to connect via FTP.
