Hello,
You can order location list alphabetically from sidebar widget options.
To do that, please
1. Go to “Appearance > Widgets”.
2. Expand the Location Widget.
3. Select “Name” from “Order By” dropdown option.
4. Select “Ascending” from “Sort By” dropdown option.
5. Click on Save
Unfortunately, I’ve already tried every type of ordering both ascending and descending and while it changes the order, it does not change the order in the way it’s intended. It seems to order them chronologically from when I added them rather than alphabetically. Really hope you guys can get this fixed in the next release as it should be a quick bug fix. Thanks again.

It seems like it should be pretty straightforward from my end. Here is the current configuration and output.
When I change it from list to dropdown, it doesn’t show any locations at all as well.
