Localization

I have searched extensively, but haven’t found what I am looking for. I am hoping greater minds here can point me in the right direction.

I need a plugin that allows a site visitor to select a store location by location search or zip lookup. When they sélect the store they may set it as their preferred store if logged in. Also, the phone number in the site would change to the local store’s number.

Does anyone know of a plugin that would do this?
