Localhost Site Migration Requesting to Re-install WordPress

Hi,

I just moved one of my wordpress sites from one host to another with the help of this Documentation by just uploading the database and wp-content alongside localhost procedure but after the whole process it redirects me to http://www.thegeekiepedia.com/wp-admin/install.php instead of the site login page http://www.thegeekiepedia.com/wp-admin/ on my local host before DNS migration. Please could there be something missing in my wordpress? And what is the likelihood solution?
