    Hello, I am trying to set up multiple locations, each has a different user assigned in the plugin settings. But – when I place an order, it is being printed in all locations, and not the location for that user only.

    can you help?

    when I run the test print from the wp-admin panel, it prints in at correct location only. it seems it prints to all locations from web orders

    The user mapping by location functionality only applies to the Point of Sale compatible plugin. If you are using the Point of Sale, logged in as the User selected for the location, the print-outs will map to that specific location only.

    If you are using the plugin for the web only. We only allow the location to be mapped as a web location, as a result, all locations with the web enabled will print when an order is placed by a customer. This user mapping functionality will not work as you intend as an individual logged in user, as the web front-end is used by customers, not specifically for admin dashboard accounts. The Point of Sale would be used for the admin dashboard accounts and follow the mappings per location by user account.
