The guys at Impreza asked me to add this:

If you have the opportunity to supplement the answer, please add the last sentence from our discussion: How does the plugin “Redis Object Cache” affect the AJAX request after loading the page?

The Impreza developers need to understand how object caching works. There are dozens of articles and guides on the web for them.

As of WordPress 6.0/6.1 object caching is a major component of WordPress and they need to develop and test their products with an object cache like Redis Object Cache, or Memcached.

Since it’s a premium theme we can’t assist them in any way unfortunately.

How does the plugin “Redis Object Cache” affect the AJAX request after loading the page?

Redis Object Cache doesn’t do anything with AJAX requests, all this plugin does is provide WordPress and Impreza with wp_cache_*() to use.

This is unfortunately a common occurrence with WordPress developers, they don’t test their plugins/themes with persistent object caches like Redis Object Cache.
