Load Balancing WP and wp-cron

We are going to be clustering WP on multiple webservers with a load balancer in front. We have taken care of all the static file issues by having them hosted on a separate server/CDN and generally haven’t had much of a problem with the Cluster testing. I am worried about wp-cron, though. Since I don’t exactly know the kind of things that wp-cron does, I am not completely comfortable with the thought that 2 servers could be trying to do the same thing at the same time. Thoughts?

Is there anything else I should be worried about?
