    Will they all be linked inside the content, even if I write some content afterwards?

    Yes, of course.

    if I first have content and afterwards create a glossary-item, will they be linked in the content?

    Yes, of course.

    The order of the post/glossary creation does not matter. All glossary item will be linked in all contents.
