Listing Custom Post Type by Option Value

    I have a custom post type (stores) that lists stores as posts. One of the post options is “Status” (open or closed) and “year” (4 digits the store opened).

    I want to randomly list 1 OPEN store as: “Store Name” (post title) and “year” linked to the post.

    Any suggestions?
