List/Photo Views distorted

    We cannot get the List & Photo View to display correctly. Please HELP! We have searched for a way to contact support and this is the only communication we can find.

    Hi @roxiecornerstone,

    Thanks for reaching out! If you have a valid license for Events Calendar PRO, then you can get dedicated support in our premium forums after you log in.

    To get you started, I checked your photo view and the code seems to be inproper.

    It’s possible that when the excerpt is pulled for the event description, it is cut at a bad place and the code is not valid. E.x. a list item starts, but doesn’t finish.

    Try switching to a default theme like twentyseventeen and check if it looks proper there. If yes, then there could be an issue with the theme you are using, with some customization you have in place, or a plugin. Our conflict testing guide can help you uncover more.
