Links missing from admin after migration to Multisite

I migrated my WordPress single installation into a Multisite and now all the links have disappeared from the admin. The links still work and they all still exist in the actual prli_links table. I’ve gone through all the previous posts here that I could find and I attempted to fix the issue by setting the option prli_db_version to 1 in the wp_options table, however this didn’t fix the issue.

Not sure what else to do.
