Linking posts to certain pages

Hey I want to link video blogs with a specific page. My blog page has written posts, but i need to link my video post to show up in the Video blog page. I have the link http://codex.wordpress.org/Linking_Posts_Pages_and_Categories I have tried to follow the instructions. But i am unsure where to post permalinks.
I basically want to link my “video” category, to my Video page.
