    After setting everything up i get the error:

    Oops, something went wrong.
    This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.

    console:
    :62 ErrorUtils caught an error:

    GraphQL server responded with error 1675012: There was a problem with this request. We’re working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.

    Subsequent non-fatal errors won’t be logged; see https://fburl.com/debug

    The site is all up to date php 7.4 latest wp and sql db.

    I’ve used earlier versions of the plugin on different sites with no issues.

    thanks!

  • Hi @americki,

    We’ve also seen that error recently with merchants who didn’t toggle the “manage business” permission during the FBE process.

    Can you take a look at this thread and see if it applies to you? – Thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-connect-to-facebook-7/

    @battouly ,
    Thanks for the response. I’ve tried both ways and get the same result. I’ve read the thread, and honestly, I’ve tried every way imaginable. I’ve used the plugin before with the same theme/plugins and it worked fine so I can’t imagine it being a plugin/theme conflict.

    Hi there @americki,

    Where were you seeing that error message? Was that in the browser console when trying to connect? Or were you seeing it logged somewhere else?

    You can open a ticket at the link below, and we can check into this a bit more: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket
