    I’m working on a blog that will have links to other sites with the option of pictures. I want to be able to link to a page that will show all of the links in a category. Is there a way within WordPress. Basically the same thing that wordpress already does just not on the homepage.

    You can create a link page through the pages. Eg call it “links” and create a template for it (read the codex article on pages on how to do that) with the links.
